Cancellation and Refund Policy

BrandPin ("BrandPin", "we", "us", "our") is an AI visibility and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tracking platform operated by The Social Lions ([Registered legal entity name]). These terms apply to your use of BrandPin at https://brandpin.io and related services.
BrandPin is a digital software-as-a-service product. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions and token purchases.
1. Subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
2. Token purchases (recharges)
- Token packs are consumable digital credits that become usable immediately on purchase. Purchased tokens are non-expiring.
- Because tokens can be used as soon as they are purchased, token top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
- If a paid action fails due to an error on our side, the tokens for that action are automatically credited back to your balance.
3. Free scan
New accounts receive one free scan. No payment is taken for the free scan, so it is not subject to refunds.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact us at digital@thesociallions.in within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors and duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment partner (Razorpay), typically within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Timelines may vary based on your bank or card issuer.
